1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and JDouble Technology Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, covering your use of the Tap Live Stats mobile applications and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Tap Live Stats lets you record live player statistics across fourteen sports, view the resulting box scores, and — where your league participates — view league schedules, locations, scores, standings, and archived seasons. Statistics you capture are stored on your device first so that scoring works without a network connection, and are copied to our servers when you are signed in.

3. Accounts

You can use core stat tracking without an account. Cloud backup, season totals, and the Ask JD assistant require you to sign in with Google or with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping access to the third-party account you sign in with. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen; deletion is permanent and is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is built for coaches, scorekeepers, parents, and league staff. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

4. Plans and Limits

The Service is offered in three tiers:

• Without an account: one active game, stored only on your device. Clearing the app data removes it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
• Free account: up to three active games, backed up to your account. Deleting a game archives it and frees a slot.
• Premium: unlimited active games, access to your full archive, and season-long statistic totals.

On the free tier, archived games are hidden and are permanently deleted 60 days after archiving. Upgrading to Premium before that window closes restores access to them. Once purged, archived games cannot be recovered.

We may issue complimentary or demonstration codes that grant Premium features for a limited period. These grant no ongoing entitlement, carry no cash value, and end when the period expires.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium costs $3.00 per month or $30.00 per year, in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable taxes. If you subscribed at an earlier price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active — a price change never applies to an existing subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. There is no separate confirmation before each renewal.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing screen on our website, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because deleting your account does not cancel billing, we require you to cancel an active subscription before your account can be deleted.

Premium is sold only through our website. The iOS and Android applications do not offer purchases; if you subscribe on the web, the applications unlock Premium for the same account.

We may change prices. If we do, we will give you notice before a change takes effect for your subscription, and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

6. Refunds

Except where refunds are required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or periods during which you did not use the Service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

7. Your Data

The games, statistics, team names, and jersey numbers you record are yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

You grant us only the permission needed to operate the Service for you: to store, back up, process, and display your data to you on the devices where you sign in, and to generate the box scores and totals you ask for.

You are responsible for the data you enter. Do not enter information you do not have the right to record or share, and consider carefully what personal information you record about minors.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent plan limits, quotas, entitlement checks, or access controls, or attempt to obtain Premium features without paying for them.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell league data, schedules, or statistics obtained through the Service.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your role or authority within a league.

9. League Content

Schedules, standings, rosters, location assignments, and scores for participating leagues are supplied and maintained by those leagues and their staff, not by us. We present that information as provided and do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or current. Verify anything that matters — game times, locations, and eligibility — with your league directly.

10. Ask JD (AI Assistant)

Ask JD answers questions about your league using a generative AI model. Its answers are produced automatically from your league data, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a substitute for confirming details with your league. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter.

Your questions are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Use is metered: five questions per day on the free tier and fifty per day on Premium. We may change these limits, and may suspend the feature for accounts that abuse it.

11. Advertising

The mobile applications display banner advertising, supplied by Google AdMob, which helps fund the AI features. Advertising is requested on a non-personalized basis. Premium subscribers do not see advertising, and the website does not display advertising.

12. Ending This Agreement

You may stop using the Service at any time, and may delete your account from the Profile screen. Cancel any active subscription first.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use threatens the security or stability of the Service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to put it right.

13. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively paying for, we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current period.

14. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that statistics will be accurate, or that your data will always be available. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes affecting paid subscribers we will give notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the laws of the place you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
